Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Pioneer

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned home goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
